Cruise Notes: What was originally planned as an annual trip to Allington Marina for the yearly service is actually going to be a one way trip back to Allington as our home berth. Having been at Chatham for 4yrs 6mths we have both decided that it's time to return 'home'.

Gathered up all our mooring kit and departed from Chatham Marina. Set the throttles at 1100 rpm and took a beautiful cruise at 7 kts all the way up to Aylesford where we encountered the usual rubbish & detritus in the river. Entered Allington Lock and onto the non-tidal Medway.

Arrived at Allington Marina and took a temporary berth to await lift out tomorrow 7th September. Nice to be back where our boating began 15 years ago.
