Cruise Notes: First cruise out of Chatham to Stangate Creek for anchoring practise. Steady cruise out making Stangate in an hour, dropped anchor and had lunch. The first time we had used the new windlass and Annette did extremely well in dropping and lifting the anchor even though she was a bit nervous about it. Headed back, this time against the tide and made a good entry back into Chatham Lock.
